The Hawaii State Ethics Commission may convene an executive session pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(4) to consult with the Commission's attorneys on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
 
  3.   Executive Director Evaluation Process: Commission's Plan to Review and Evaluate the Executive Director's Performance

  The Hawaii State Ethics Commission may convene an executive session pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(2) to consider the evaluation of an employee; and Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(4) to consult with the Commission's attorneys on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.

  4.   Approval of Executive Session Minutes of the February 15, 2012, Hawaii State Ethics Commission Meeting

 

The Hawaii State Ethics Commission anticipates convening an executive session pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(4) to consult with the Commission's attorneys on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities; and Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(8) to deliberate or make a decision upon a matter that requires the consideration of information that must be kept confidential pursuant to a state or federal law, or a court order.
