The Hawaii State Ethics Commission may convene an executive session pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(2) to consider the evaluation of an employee; and Haw. Rev. Stat. section 92-5(a)(4) to consult with the Commission's attorneys on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.

 
  4.   Connections New Century Public Charter School, et al. v. Leslie H. Kondo, et al., Civil No. 11-1-0326 GSH (Third Circuit): Update as to the Status of Litigation
