The Board will consider possible amendments to section 453-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, practice of medicine defined.
10. Open Forum
Public comment on issues not on the Agenda may be considered by the Board at a subsequent meeting. The Board is precluded from discussing or acting on items raised
by public comment that are not already on the agenda. Public comment will be limited to five (5) minutes per person.
