1. SOWs Under Review
a. Department of Health (DOH); Harm Reduction Services Branch; Medical Cannabis Registration System Parent/Guardian Grow Sites; Amendment IV
The purpose of this SOW is to allow the option for two parents/guardians of in-state minor patients, to each provide grow site address information if they reside in different locations and modify the patient application process.
Development Fees: $23,225.12
No Maintenance, Support, and Hosting Fees
This SOW Amendment IV does not change any existing transaction fees for the Medical Cannabis Registry service. The current transaction fee of 10% per transaction remain as is.
b. Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR); Hunter Education Program; Hunter Education and Records Management System; Amendment 6
The purpose for this amendment is to expand the scope by adding two new enhancements to Go Hunt Hawaii: Events and Announcements.
Development Fees: $84,900.49
Hosting Fees: $0.00
Maintenance and Support Fees: The maintenance fees will not be changed in this amendment and will remain $2,000.00 per month
Transaction Fees: There will be no transactions for events or announcements. The transaction fees for the certificate replacement will not be changed in this amendment and will remain at $1.00 per replacement.
c. Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR); Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation; Boating Accounts Receivable System (BARS) Maintenance Agreement 4
The purpose of this SOW is to cover all work performed by HIC for the BARS as the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation works towards completion of a new system with their new vendor.
There are no development fees for this service through December 31, 2020. From January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, the monthly maintenance and support fee will be $3000.
This SOW does not change any existing transaction fees for the BARS service. The current transaction fee of 2.6% per transaction will remain as is.
d. Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT); Hawaii State Energy Office; Renewable Energy Permitting Wizard; Amendment 8
The purpose of this SOW amendment is to cover twelve enhancements.
Development Fees: $12,544.50
Hosting, Maintenance and Support Fees: $2,513.09 per year for the live Production website and the associated Admin and Test websites.
Transaction fees: $0.00
e. State Procurement Office (SPO); Hawai'i Compliance Express Redesign; Amendment1
The purpose of this amendment is to redesign Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). The look and feel will be updated so it is similar to the HANDS and HIePRO services. There will be no major functionality changes.
Transaction Fees: The current transaction fee is not being modified via this SOW Amendment and will remain $12 per registration annually. For subscribers it will remain $10.00 for the first registration then $12.00 annually thereafter.
No Hosting, Maintenance, or Other Fees.
