This SOW covers the design, implementation, and launch of a new website that describes the Hawaii Opioid Settlement program.
Development Fees: $85,863.84
Hosting Fees (Annual): $1,361.26
Maintenance and Support Fees (Annual): $5,654.45

                                              a.     City and County of Honolulu – Division of Treasury – Real Property Tax Payments: SOW Amendment1
This SOW Amendment modifies the terms regarding credit card chargebacks and ACH returns under the Transaction Fees section of the original SOW.
