TESTIMONY

Written testimony is strongly encouraged as the primary means of submitting testimony.
Oral testimony will be accepted at the meeting. Anyone wishing to testify orally is encouraged to please sign up in advance by emailing Kathleen Rooney at krooney@ulupono.com. You may also advise us at the meeting if you would like to testify orally. To accommodate all possible testifiers, oral testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. Please note that you may submit written testimony.
