Written or oral testimony. Oral testimony will be accepted at the meeting. To aid the Committee in the distribution of written testimony to its members, the Committee requests that written testimony be submitted by Monday morning prior to the meeting. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Written testimony may be sent to the State Council on Mental Health via e-mail at doh.scmhchairperson@doh.hawaii.gov. or submitted via USPS to: State Council on Mental Health Ad Hoc Committee on 2024 Legislation (Waimano) P.O. Box 3378, Room 256, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi 96801-3378. Note: Any personal information (such as home addresses, home phone numbers, cell phone numbers) included on the written testimony will become public information.

Technical difficulty. If the audiovisual communication cannot be maintained by all participating Council committee members, the meeting will be automatically recessed for up to thirty minutes, during which time, an attempt to restore audiovisual communication will be made. If the Committee can re-establish audio communication only, the meeting will be reconvened and continue. If the Committee is unable to reconvene the meeting because neither audiovisual communication nor audio communication can be re-established within thirty minutes, the meeting will automatically be adjourned.
