 e the meeting.</p>\n<p>Persons wishing to provide oral testimony at the 
 physical meeting location can sign up the day-of the meeting at the phys
 ical meeting location and will be limited to five (5) minutes. Oral test
 imony online or by telephone/landline will not be accepted at this meeti
