Written Testimony 

Email written testimony to:  DOTLandMatters@Hawaii.gov or mail to:  869 Punchbowl Street, Room 500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.  Written testimonies may be posted on the Hawaii Department of Transportation website; remove any personal information prior to submitting unless you want it to be shared publicly.  We encourage submittal of written testimony in advance of the meeting to allow for a timely review.  Late written testimony will be distributed to the presiding officer as soon as practicable, but we cannot ensure the presiding officer will receive it in sufficient time to review, prior to decision-making.

Remote:  Send your request to provide remote testimony to:  DOTLandMatters@Hawaii.gov with your name, email address, and the agenda item you wish to testify on.  Once your request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with pertinent information.  You may testify without signing up in advance.  We ask that you identify yourself and any affiliation before speaking, but you can choose not to do so.

All testimony, whether written or oral, should be related to an item that is on the agenda.  Each individual is given two (2) minutes to testify.
