3. Executive Session — Consideration of Executive Director Evaluation. Pursuant to HRS §92-5(a)(2), the Committee will consider entering executive session to discuss the evaluation of the Executive Director, where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved.
a. Motion and roll-call vote on whether to enter executive session under HRS §92-5(a)(2).
b. Executive session (closed to the public): discussion and deliberation regarding the evaluation of the Executive Director.
c. Return to open session.
