 sh a framework for the implementation and administration of the Hawaii G
 reen Infrastructure Authority&rsquo\;s Solar Hui Program and Solar Hui I
 nvestment Fund. The rules address the purpose of the Solar Hui Program\,
  program information\, eligibility requirements\, fund management\, repo
 rting requirements\, investment vehicles\, sources and uses of funds\, e
 nergy savings requirements\, and other administrative provisions necessa
 ry to implement and administer the program. </span></p>\n<p class="MsoNo
