To enable the Board to conduct its bus iness efficiently\, public comment is invited on any agenda item. If you are unable to provide testimony during this initial period\, you will b e afforded an additional opportunity to testify when specific agenda ite ms are called for deliberation or action. For the record\, please identi fy yourself and any organization you represent. In accordance with Board policy and to ensure all participants have the opportunity to be heard\ , oral testimony is limited to two (2) minutes per test ifier per agenda item.
