How to Request An Accommodation
If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact SEAC at spin@doh.hawaii.gov or (808) 586-8126 (V/T) as soon as possible. Requests made as early as possible have a greater likelihood of being fulfilled.

Meeting Materials and Other Information
The agenda and meeting materials for this meeting are available for inspection in the SPIN office located at 1010 Richards Street, Room 118, Honolulu, HI 96813 and on SEAC’s website: https://seac-hawaii.org/agendas.
SEAC meetings utilize the Leading by Convening process developed by the IDEA Partnership. As we discuss agenda items, the following questions are considered:
1. Who cares about this issue and why?
2. What work is already underway?
3. What shared work can inform and unite us?
4. How can we deepen our connection?
If the remote connection (via Zoom) is lost due to connectivity issues or temporarily halted due to procedures to block an attempted Zoom bombing, the meeting will be recessed for up to 20 minutes to restore communication. Individuals attending the meeting are asked to attempt to rejoin the meeting using the same meeting link. If the meeting is unable to reconvene within 20 minutes, the meeting will be automatically terminated.
If you have trouble entering the meeting, please contact Susan Rocco or Amanda Kaahanui at (808) 586-8126.
