In compliance with the Ame ricans with Disabilities Act (ADA)\, a reasonable amount of additional t ime shall be afforded to persons with a communication disability to pres ent testimony or comments\, if needed. Any person who needs additional t ime to present testimony or comments is encouraged to contact the DCAB o ffice in advance of the meeting.
