A. Action Item ILM #26-10: Approval of Resolutions of the Board of Trustees, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Related to Amending the Operating Agreements for Hiʻilei Aloha LLC and Hiʻipaka LLC

B. Action Item ILM #26-11: Authorization to Establish an Independent Nonprofit Operating Entity for the Native Hawaiian Cultural Center and Approval of Initial Multi-Year Seed Funding of Up to $5,700,000 for Fiscal Years 2027 through 2029

C. Action Item ILM #26-12: Authorization for the Resource Management-Land Assets Division to prepare agreements between the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and Hawaiiʻs Construction Trade Organizations Establishing Project Labor Requirements for Covered Development Projects on OHA-Owned Lands in Kakaʻako Makai.
