Testimony or comments presented by members of the public during the Committee meet ings shall be limited to three (3) minutes per agenda item. In complianc e with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)\, a reasonable amount o f additional time shall be afforded to persons with a communication disa bility to present testimony or comments\, if needed. Any person who need s additional time to present testimony or comments is encouraged to cont act the DCAB office in advance of the meeting. This rule shall be placed at the beginning of all Committee meeting agendas.
